The Muffin Man
Two men ran around in an apartment. “We need to leave now if we want to make it in time!” said Jade.
“Ok ok, I'm ready,” replied Hunter walking into the room.
“Where the hell is Dave!? We need to leave in 5!”
“Relax man, he'll turn up.”
“Smith just called, we can't show up without Dave!”
“Mmmmmfmm, sof goodf.” Dave sat at the kitchen table enjoying a basket of vegan muffins.
“Dave! We need to get going!”
“Nof way, muffin eating timef.” Jade took the muffins and threw them in the car. Dave ran right after them.

Dinner At Ten
Dinner at Ten
The thick theatrical makeup tries its hardest to cover the wrinkles. As he walks into the audition hall, his thin frame towers over all else. He takes a bow and takes off his top hat, revealing his ashy brown lock. Amos only cares about one judge's opinion, Autumn's. She sat there in front of him, looking like she hadn't eaten in days. Her short, dark bob lay simply around her pale face, overemphasizing the roundness of her face.
“Number 8375, Amos Young, please,” screeched one of the two older judges.
“Good afternoon,” replied Amos, his eyes gleaming with ambition.
Amos grabbed the judges attention with his deep blue eyes and sharp old fashioned tux. The golden buttons on his vest were brought to life, shimmering with his dancing. Mrs. Autumn Young sat there, her red lips brighter than the scarlet dress she wore, judging her husband. She admired his commitment to dance, she only wished he could be so focused and committed on other things. Her hands were shaking as she played with the wedding ring on her left hand.
Amos' soft swaying filled the room with confidence. As he danced, the Charleston's upbeat forcefully revealed a shining golden clock on a chain attached to his pocket. It hit him in the leg as he locked eyes with Autumn, hoping he could read her mind as well as he could dance. He knew the judges could tell that was his passion, dancing. But could he have two equal passions?
Things had not been going well at all in the small Seattle apartment the couple called home. With just a step through their door, one could very well see something was wrong. The living room was like an enormous desk, file cabinets and papers were everywhere. The couch was covered in promo shots, face shots, agency cards, everything an ambitious dancer needs. The Kitchen was very neat. Manila folders were stacked on shelves in alphabetical order, and an open briefcase lay on the small dinner table, full of college student's essays that waited patiently to be acknowledged. Back at the audition hall, Autumn watched her husband finish up his dance. Her heart could already feel pain for what was to come later that night. The two older judges thanked Amos for auditioning and told him that was all they wanted to see of him that day. Amos and Autumn walk out together.
Autumn tried to comfort Amos, “That went well.”
“Sure it did. Just like every other time, right?”
“Amos, you know I wasn't trying to imply anything. You need to be more positive about these things. That is the only thing keeping you from your dream. How about we have dinner together tonight? It's been too long. And besides, there's something else I want to talk about.”
“I can't. At least not tonight. I need to practice more and go talk to Marlyn. You know she is a very wanted agent. It's very important that I don't lose her.” Said Amos, knowing what Autumn planned to tell him that night.
“Well, I am obviously not wanted. I'll be waiting for you at home, whatever time you get there.”
They walked opposite directions, each to their car. Autumn drove home while Amos drove to an unknown destination. When Autumn got home, she went into her room and sat on the side of her bed. She gently touched the velvet cover, its softness reminded her of happier times. She changed and went into the kitchen to begin reading the opinions of 40 college students.
At exactly 10:00 P.M. Amos walked into the kitchen with a bag full of vegan goodies and said to Autumn, “Let's have dinner.”

electric pink- the promise ring
I live on a small street, with very small shoes but in a big house, with a big wardrobe.I've got the whole world in my hands;it's a small world after all.And there's not much to say on five bucks a day,and there's no other way,so we're just hanging around. For the weekend to come we're all hungryand dumb for Friday. Please don't press that we dress, high heels and loud shoes are a mess step out with quiet feet.I'm pleased to meet;meeting is so hard to do when you're dead.Between a wink and an earthquake there are conversationsand complications go on, on, and on I pretend that I understand my handsand the rest are only a test.To be paid to be pressed when we end we will be softly kissed.Yeah, I feel electricPink in the cheeksWe look like animalsSeven days a weekI'm too politeYou're too brief
when night comes down- tiger army
I'm most at home in darknessBurned and blinded by the day- it weighs heavy on my heartBut i take strength from its harshnessFor my spirit shall ascend as the darkness falls upon the EarthAn ashen-faced ghoul like a white spiderWith only poison and contempt for your livesYou can keep the daytime and your suffocating worldJust be sure to understand-the night's mineI roam under summer moons and through autumn fieldsSearhching....for my Vampira girlI wander every graveyard from each lonely roadsideTonight could be the nightWhen the Night Comes DownA figure in the twilight that you cannot seeWHen the Night Comes DownThe moon promises she'll bring you back to meAre you lonely, are you lonely? Are you lonely when the night comes down?Bitter fruit of the day's frustrationTraded for the night's lonely dreamIn the mournful the past seems so close at handBut in the future-I hear it calling, calling to meLonliness, heartbreak and fear have walked by my side-I know them like old friendsBut as the sun is setting, I feel my strength returningEverything seems allrightWhen the Night Comes DownA killer who sits and waits for anyoneWhen the Night Comes DownThe kiss of two lovers broken only by dawnAre you lonely when the night comes down?I've waited so long (waited so long)Why can't this feeling last forever? This feeling....that I feel....When the Night Comes Down
tiger army- true romance
i told you right from the start. a knife up to your throat for one put through my heart. couldn't hold on and this i should've known. thinking back as i walk the night alone. i told you that my love was true. i asked you to walk away if you don't feel like i do. you whispered that you would be mine always. i felt myself slipping away. i love you forever, 'til death do us part. night gives no rest and i cannot sleep. when i can i see your face, it's tattooed on my dreams. purple heart pumps sorrow through my veins. i awaken, i'm calling out your name. i often think back to that night... the moment when i found out that our love was a lie. felt like i would die, i couldn't stand the pain. and there's nothing left except one thing, i've gotta see you again. i love you forever, 'til death do us part. forever is over, forever is over. it's over, it's over, it ended on that night... that i took your fucking life.
